Proposed change*

Controller for Tuya ERS-10TZBVK-AA Smart knob have a device filter with list of manufacturers and models. It's not possible to use the controller if the device is not in the list.
This PR adds Immax NEO Smart rotary knob to the list. The device seems to be exactly the same os other TS004F models. Probably it's just sold under different brand. I've tested the device with a light hook and it worked well.

@dorny I'm not sure if this PR will get approved and folded into the repo, EPMatt has not been around for a while it seems.

However, I folded in your updates to my fork, version 2026.02.17.
My fork is based on EPMatt's but with a few tweaks.

@yarafie Thanks, so I will use your fork from now on. I have one OSS project where I'm not around for a while too. Sometimes it's just hard to find motivation to be still around for free while you have million other things to do.

Yeah. I've been there. I Don't fault EPMatt, I was about to abandon my fork also, I found I had time on my hands, and I felt obliged to keep it alive and uplift it with all I learned from EPMatt's.

I am trying to make my fork self sustainable, automatic pull request approval. I believe I set the base to do it, but it's always the last mile/kilometer that is the most dufficult

So enjoy, I'll try to update as much as possible. I'm trying to go through all the issues/requests here to update my fork.
