Thank you @Pratichhya for this initial setup. My main comment is mainly on the visualisation of the services. If you look at the preview link, it seems that the full description (incl. the markdown formatting) is shown on the card (overview), in the description (details) and the about (details) section. This duplicates quite a lot of information, such as the parameters. Therefore, it would be great if the description for each record is properly set with a short description.

The full description, on the service details page, is loaded automatically from the UDP description. I would remove any parameter description from the UDP. This is the case with the phenology service (https://esa-apex.github.io/apex-algorithms-catalogue-web/pr-preview/pr-286/apps/peakvalley/#overview), where the parameters are duplicated.
