Description
This PR updates the CMORizer for the OSI-450 datasets (also known as OSISAF/CCI) from version 2 to version 3. In addition, the grid cell areas provided with the sea ice data (fx files) are corrected. The updated data are use in the REF recipe for sea ice area (#3891).
