This PR:

  • Enables the zapps in startup-double to have separate commitment dbs and keys to allow for testing the encrypted event listener more easily.
  • Adds an event listener for the back up data that decrypts commitment preimages and stores them in the DB. This means that a user can obtain commitments created for them by other users even without the encrypt tag.
