Summary
Adds support for custom MSAL configs for web.
Detail
As Azure B2C reaches 'end of sale', the official recommendation from microsoft is to use Entra External ID. Entra External ID uses a different URL scheme from Azure B2C, and requires us to utilize the customAuthorizationUrl property of the config to specify the CIAM domain, which currently is not supported by web for this package.
This PR adds support for custom domains on web.
