I really dislike this.
Pop-ups should only appear for errors. I don't want to interrupt the flow like this where I now have to click the middle of the screen. I don't know if this is better on mobile. But on desktop it's disjointed. Before it was spatially linked to the previous click but now it's over there. Also misclicking now forces an additional click.

I will revert, and figure out why the remote option wasn't displaying anything as mentioned in #361

Build upon, instead of reverting. I moved the description to a modal, maybe we can do your popover for desktop, as a compromise. Give it a minute, and you will see that is also informative on regards to what to do next. More than one user has expressed concerns about what to do after selecting a store.
