Current chunking method doesn't work for 2D so reverted to just grab full array when 2D. Will revisit to cut down on code.
Coarsening function wasn't working on 2D so updated that to use the 2D convolver.
Fairly certain NetCDF cannot plot 2D variables at the moment. But I don't have a 2D netCDF to verify.
