Updating to v0.29.1 will also solve the current problem that the swagger ui is not accessible, see eclipse/openvsx#

Keep in mind that this PR is a moving target as it merges main into production, but main potentially changes every time. So we should really merge this PR, move on and think about ways to improve such release PRs.

From my perspective, merging to main is part of the current process but until these changes are deployed to production, the work is not completed.

I am thinking we can use #5371 to discuss how to improve deployments/releases process.
