- Fix broken build status badge URL (branch:main -> branch=main)
- Update Getting Started section with correct commands
- Add prerequisites (Node.js 22+, Yarn 4.9.1)
- Improve Contributing section with detailed steps
- Enhance kubernetes/README.md with prerequisites and troubleshooting
- Add deployment environment comparison table
- Add RBAC setup instructions
