makes it so content that apply to all colour lcd targets, all b&w targets only gets maintained once
moves the global folder into the sdcard folder as part of this - all sd card content is under that folder "somehow"
started cleaning up redundant images, themes, scripts, etc folders
moved wizard templates to common colour
fix the incorrectly named theme backgrounds - they have previously been resized in place rather than correctly named to match the resolution per theme convention.
