Adds support for uploading UF2 firmware to RP2040-based boards using picotool. It also introduces a sync word setting for LoRa configuration.

  • Integrates picotool for flashing UF2 firmware.
  • Introduces logic to differentiate between CC1352 and RP2040 firmware types in the release listing.
  • Adds LoRa sync word configuration option.
