Update specific assets

- use basenames to infer specific targets need updating (can be noisy but better than reloading all of them)
- support srcset swapping
- reconnect socket on server restart
- pass server errors to console

  • Need to add tests for R->JS message passing, as well as hot swapping triggers, and bound port failure checking

  • And increment version

  • convert middleware to a JS file, add a linter
