Round up/down armor values

Currently the armor values are strange like `2.77` or `3.24` depending on the material. As these values are not done this way by other mods, they should be rounded up or down to every value of `.5` or whole numbers.

We have to keep in mind however on how this might affect existing addons and worlds.
