  1. Empathize Phase → Stratergy

     ✅ Quantitative & Qualitative Research 🔍 (Surveys, Interviews, Analytics, Competitor Analysis, etc.)

  2. Define Phase → Scope (Recognize your Target Audience Deeply)
     ✅ Define User Personas 👥 & Key Pain Points.
     ✅ Create Empathy Maps (Understand what users Think, Feel, Say, and Do).
     ✅ Identify Friction Points & Opportunities for Design Solutions.

  3. Ideate Phase → Structure
     ✅ Create Information Architecture & User Flows.

• Next Stages will Include:

  1. Prototype Phase → Skeleton and Surface Phases
     ✅ Start intial designs with Medium-Fidelity Wireframes (using the structure from IA).
     ✅ Generate aesthetically-pleasing & user-centric High-Fidelity Designs.
     ✅ Prototyping the designs into interactive mockups with Microinteractions that enhance the overall design.

  2. Test Phase
     ✅ Usability testing with actual users to refine the design.
