This is unrelated to the EmergeTools perf product iirc. The EmergeTools perf stuff looks like this: 13e9b6c
I think it's already gone now although I didn't check super hard.
We should leave this one at least for a bit because it's used as an example of how to replace EmergeTools perf with something custom in the docs we gave out.
