Makes the ModalError Cancel button close the modal by default (falls back to closeModal when no onCancel is provided).

• UI:
  • ModalError: Integrates modal context and routes Cancel to a new handler that calls onCancel if provided, otherwise closeModal; updates button to use this handler.
