Updated Untitled Chords Thing to better fit the newer charting standards; along with being in INI, having all difficulties, pro keys, classic instruments, practice sections, and a venue authored now.
The INI is formatted with and in YARG's INI template, so there's a huge amount of possibly unnecessary metadata but may be useful anyway.
This also uses the yet to be implemented 5 lane Hard format on gamepad so it might be best to not include this in the full 2.0 release if it doesn't support 5 lane Hard.
