Black Screen Fix Improvements
- Added /fix <playerid>
- Added AFK Detector (will attempt to black screen fix afk players when needed)
- Added /afkexempt <playerid> (excempts a player from the afk system)
- Removed black screen fix keybind
Command System Overhal
- Added command tab completion for modded players
- Command Aliases are now controlled by the language files, but will check for the command across all languages
- This means that you can add new aliases through a custom translation
- Added a slight delay to chat command feedback to prevent it from getting hidden by command hider
- Temporarily Removed a few commands (Mostly minigames)

+ Added Innersloth's new modded guid protocol, hopefully this resolves some of the issues with Anticheat
+ Added a new setting to dump logs after each game end
For "Hacking" bug reports, please still do /dump (or f1+lctrl), as the automatic dump happens before the disconnect
+ Updated Nikko region addresses in configs, rebuild from the .zip if it stops working on previous versions of the .zip
