About the PR
decided i really dont see any reason for this stuff to be exposed to players atm and it kind of just leads to issues
closes #1239
removes linking ability from multitool, migrates network configurator to multitool (dont think we have any sources of it), if you need to link stuff for mapping use the network configurator
updates descriptions and guidebook to reflect this fact
