this PR adds the auditions system and producers - a way to
generatehire a cast of crewmembers, just like in the movies! this handles a good part of #8, excluding personality traits, backgrounds, siblings, desires, ui... featuring a decent enough api to interface with! social groups and networks, and everyone is interconnected!
