• Adds tube walls from /vg/station
  • Only cosmetic difference from solid walls
• Adds crafting recipe for normal tube walls

Why / Balance

Requested by EmoGarbage.

Can't add diagonal tube wall recipe as of yet, upstream also has an issue with trying to make a recipe for solid diagonals.
