Custom autocomplete suggestions and ability to paste in previously executed commands with arrow keys

This PR was created as I was interested in the idea of being able to make my own custom autocompletions (everything went from here: #1876, #1353, #1853). therefore, with your efforts and a little help from AI for code review. I did it.

• Add: Custom autocomplete suggestions.
• Add: Ability to paste in previously executed commands with arrow keys.
• Change: Give command, to make it's shows tools that it's can give.

Oh yeah, forgot to say, currently it's only work with base terminal themes. I will be able to fix it at the morning if this PR won't be merged

Looks strange, I already added that to game that I work on and all looks good. Can you say what you tried to do? Like what command and etc

Very very strange, nothing pop up for me about exploiters, and I checked everything twice before making pr. Okay, I will recheck everything again as soon as I came to home.

Sorry that I was inactive, but I found what was wrong. I forgot put one thing that I add to prevent this. I will push commit soon.
