🎟️ Ticket: FF-3067 - Java SDK should pass through Common SDK API when packaging
Upstream use of this SDK needs access to interfaces in the Common SDK (e.g.,
Attributes) so we configure out build to pass them through.We also configure out build to target Java 8 so the package is compatible with it.
Lastly, added some basic documentation to public methods.
