This is a fix for the package from the Guru overlay. The RPCS3 project moved the VulkanMemoryAllocator dependency into a submodule and the ebuild in the Guru overlay hadn't been updated yet so I created my own with the fix.
Eventually I'll delete this, once I confirm it's no longer needed.
