Currently the PR opened by the github action doesn't contain any information so whoever reviews it has to find out what vulnerability was actually fixed. This PR changes it to dump the output of
cargo audit fixin the PR body.I also reviewed the logic to what branches we make PRs to and it's only only
mainandrelease-branches which I think makes sense.Here's a dispatched run:
