Migration: migrate the contracts

This PR:

• Adds a script to deploy contracts when we already had Celo's devnet running
• Output the contracts' address and validate the deployment

This PR does not:

• Finish the whole migration process (which will be done in other migration tasks)
• Test whether adding address to .env can help the espresso-mode batcher finds those contracts correctly

How to test this PR:

git checkout Kourin1996/celo-rebase-13-devnet
cd kurtosis-devnet && just celo-isthmus-devnet
git checkout -
./espresso/scripts/deploy-espresso-contracts.sh
# remember to clean up
kurtosis clean -a
docker system prune -a --volumes
