with the other PR approved/merged, what is needed with this PR?

This PR is for issue #696 . Since this requires using updated app-context.xml(there should be no reference to harvesterContext) , this merge can be on hold and be bundled with Geoportal 4.0 instead of right now(as you feel comfortable) |
