AV-SpeakerBench is an audio-visual benchmark (like AV-Odyssey) and belongs in the "Audio & Speech Tasks > Audio Understanding & QA" section rather than the "Image Tasks > Specialized Vision Tasks" section. Also fixes the task name format to use underscores (av_speakerbench) consistent with other task names in the documentation. Github-Issue: #965
