Bumps [json-bigint](https://github.com/sidorares/json-bigint) to 1.0.0 and updates ancestor dependencies [json-bigint](https://github.com/sidorares/json-bigint), [@google-cloud/compute](https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-node/tree/HEAD/packages/google-cloud-compute) and [@google-cloud/storage](https://github.com/googleapis/nodejs-storage).
