    • Update supported CUDA in readme to 12 and 13
    • Update CI to be CUDA 12.0, 12.9 and 13.0 (13.1 will be added when available)
  • C++20
    • Update CMake minimum version
    • Update host compilers
    • Update CMake properties
    • Update readme
