Feature Highlight: Chunk File "Legacy" mods do not need updating with game patches

A pain of old and other tools is that you always need to update mods whenever a game updates. Frostbite Modding Tool is different. It recompiles the "legacy" files of old mods every time the game loads via the Mod Manager. This means you do not have to wait for a mod author to update! Awesome eh?
