Revert "Server browser adjustments"

Please revert this change.

Obnoxious symbols like the huge blocks have not been in the game for years at this point.
No one has ever complained about emojis being in server titles, they added some flavour to an otherwise quite bland and un-customizable server list.

If we compare to other games such as Rust they allow you to have a header image, server description and tags. We get very little to make our server stand out here.
