VCC Experimental

This release should work with VCC, the new shiny way to make and manage VRChat projects that is out pretty soon.

1. Added an asmdef file so the project code can run in a package outside Assets.
2. Added a package.json file so that VCC can import it.

Latest AV3 Emulator (Salt-Free)

Given it's not exactly a complex package this isn't strictly neccessary but hey, here's latest Av3Emulator, nicely packaged as a unitypackage file.

This should work fine (unless Lyuma did something weird)
