@hiddewie Would you rebase this against 2.12? Since this is purely additive I think it'd be good to get it out with that release (master is for the ever-in-the-distance Jackson 3.0) |

This enables a Kotlin DSL that allows constructing an ObjectMapper quickly, or configuring it using a function on the
*.Builderclasses.In my opinion this is more idiomatic Kotlin than using the
*.Builderclasses directly.Documentation has also been added.
