Could not find artifact com.fasterxml.jackson.datatype:jackson-datatype-jsr310:jar:2.19.1-SNAPSHOT in snapshots-repo (https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots)

Is there something wrong with the 2.19.1-SNAPSHOT release?
Other actions seem to be failing for the same reason.

Fixing this: looks to be due to CI fail:

due to Ubuntu-20.04 deprecation. Now re-running, after updating 2.19 CI defs. Will then re-run this PR CI as well

@k163377 Resolved -- thank you for reporting.

Also realized the reason I did not catch this is since jackson-integration-tests branch 2.19 did not depend on 2.19.1-SNAPSHOT but 2.19.0 (regular). Changing now.
