Title parameter for progress bar hline

Quick change to allow progress bar titling, e.g.

pbar = ProgressBar(; title="My Fancy Title")
job = addjob!(pbar; N = 100)
start!(pbar)
for i in 1:100
    update!(job)
    sleep(0.01)
    render(pbar)
end
stop!(pbar)
