This PR fixes some issues with the auth forms.
Tests show having the users input their emails twice doesnt improve things and only degrades user experience.
So this PR removes the Input field.
Some issues with keyboard handling have also been fixed.
Resend confirmation email button no longer gets blocked by the keyboard
