A few minor changes:

• Fix a bug when defining definitions on the command line (@CT075 )
• Fix _EA_ not being auto-defined (improves interoperability with other tools/conditional building).
• Binary should be targeting .NET 6.0 (a change from .NET 4.8, which is super old and not remotely close to supported).
