Small release to support updating Logos and Screenshots in the future. Metadata updates will continue to work on 14.0.2 until the necessary server side changes are complete.

- Logo and Screenshots now store their relative path inside the metadata

- Games imported via the Curate tab are no longer missing tags
- Prevent rare cases where write operations can collide causing SQLITE_BUSY crashes
