maybe we just call it Connect to Firebase Setup docs? otherwise it isnt making sense much.

We already mentioned it and as per Maggie -

I know we tell users to follow Firebase Setup already, but I feel like this gets easily missed.

So, we added an explicit note to follow the steps to add Cloud Functions Admin to [email protected] user.

ok thats fine, i was just talking about the hyperlink phrase, but its fine.
