v0.1.0 beta

This update removes all functionality related to Lightning and Bitcoin Knots by commenting out the related code. The focus for the first proper release is going to be on Bitcoin Core and Join Market only.

• UI has been updated and improved.
• FN-Server will now behave like a menu bar app, offering minimal start/stop/get info/quit functionality for Bitcoin Core only. When FN-Server is closed it will remain running in "incognito mode" in the menu bar as a server icon.
• Improved handling of Join market rpc creds, we now create a cookie file and use dedicated rpc creds for JM rather than plain text rpc creds in the config.
• Join Market can now be downloaded via master, sometimes tagged releases have bugs and don't work without editing source code, master often gets fixed quickly which can be very useful.
• Please provide feedback so I can get this out of beta!

This is the first beta release of FN-Server, please test Bitcoin Core functionality primarily, then Core Lightning and Join Market.

The only change from v0.0.0.6 is that mainnet is now default and a help button was added with links for creating issues, joining socials and visiting the FN website.

This is the most stable release to date. Various general improvements and features added.

A major change was made where the Quick Connect QR code url's no longer contain real RPC credentials, the QR contains the RPC address for your node and a dummy RPC username and password, it is up to the mobile wallet you are using to export the rpc authentication string or in the last case scenario raw RPC user and password. This vastly increases the security of connecting to your node.

Other highlights:

• Tweaks to JM config default fee settings to help increase chance of successful coinjoins (users can always add their own).
• Obwatcher button added to Join Market so users can easily launch the order book to help trouble shoot failed coinjoins.
• UI improvements.
• Add auto refresh to Core Lightning.
