Fix only GIFs shown for image+video picker intent

When both image and video were true, it only showed GIFs

What changed and why

• Never try to getCachedMedia with both getVideosOnly && getImagesOnly

Closes the following issue(s)

• Follow up to Check EXTRA_MIME_TYPES on incoming intent #404, missed some code paths (where you pick folder first, then image)
