fix: apply proper top padding in app drawer

What changed and why

Applied proper padding to the app drawer fragment. It was already applied for the widgets fragment, but it wasn't working due to FossifyOrg/commons#251.

Tests performed

• Scrolling in the app drawer with the search bar disabled

Closes the following issue(s)

• Closes App drawer overlaps with status bar #277
