Adds PascalLibs and PascalRAL projects to the list:
PascalLibs: Repository with useful single unit classes for multiple different purposes. This repository aims to provide a sort of "stdlib" with useful units for any pascal projects
PascalRAL: Repository with the fastest framework for API development or consumption in all flavors of pascal. Currently working in Delphi, Lazarus/FPC and FPC-Unleashed, but other flavors will be added in the near future.
