An OTA image should be accepted only if the update version is higher than the current firmware version. This commit adds an out-of-tree patch to the Jobs-for-AWS-IoT-embedded-sdk library which adds functionality for sending the updatedBy version to the cloud and retrieving it when the device reboots.
