After some time treating this as a technical-only project we need to reevaluate some of the basics.
Come up with a public proposal of why what we do is important, what are the advantages, etc.
Turn "Contributing" doc into actual contribution policy (work in progress).
Gradually get the build working, first on Ubuntu (before Precise reaches its end-of-life), then on FreeBSD. See build wiki.
