I take it this here is the commit that fixed it? PHPOffice/PhpSpreadsheet@c2cd0e6
The time looks off, wouldn't this be 01:26:00? AM instead of PM?

according to GHSA-rx7m-68vc-ppxh I would say it's PHPOffice/PhpSpreadsheet@334a677 (but looks like I still messed up timezones, should be better now)

Right, that's the fix on master but unless I am missing something that commit is still AM and not PM
