The links show data which is about 6 years old.
That's because 06249eb removed scrutinizer from the CI about 6 years ago.

Seems like "SensioLabsInsight" was superseded by "SymfonyInsight" some time ago ( https://insight.symfony.com/docs/manager/integrate-symfonyinsight-in-your-workflow.html ).
I don't know if fos-rest-bundle needs to be configured there but the current link is dead, that's why it should be removed.
