Facts Reference

This page is currently a Work in Progress. It will be fleshed out and refined soon 😄

Facts are information reciting commands. In the FuelRats IRC, facts are mainly used to quickly give instructions and information to a client.
Facts can also be translated, allowing them to be written in multiple languages in IRC. For more information see: Fact Translations

Fact Usage: !<Fact>[-<Language Code>] [Name1] [name2] [name3]...

All facts accept name parameters which make mecha direct the fact at the given IRC user. For example,
!hat alexbrentnall kilo363 will produce:

<MechaSqueak[BOT]> Alexbrentnall, kilo363: Whoever has the hat, has the power

Facts can also be written in different languages. For example, if we wanted to address a client whom only speaks Russian,
!kgbfoam-ru RussianClient will produce:

To drop a wing beacon, go to the right-side panel (Default key 4), navigate to the functions screen (Default key Q), select BEACON and set it to WING

To send a friend request, go to the menu (Hit ESC), click friends and private groups, and click ADD FRIEND

To power down your modules, please go to your right panel (default key 4), switch to the MODULES tab (default keys e or q), select every Module once and deactivate it. (You can not deactivate your Power Plant and should not deactivate your Life Support!)

Please log out of the game immediately by pressing ESC and selecting Save and Exit to Main Menu!

To send a wing request, go to the comms panel (Default key 2), hit ESC to get out of the chat box, and move to the second panel (Default key E). Then select the CMDR you want to invite to your wing and select Invite to wing.

To Log into a Private Group, please, from the main menu, click Start, then Private Group, then the rat's or otherwise told name.

Please drop from super cruise, come to a complete stop and disable all modules EXCEPT life support

Reactivate your thrusters and Frameshift drive, then Un-target everything and jump to supercruise. Fly away from the star for about 5 light seconds, then drop back down into normal space.

To light your wing beacon hold X and press RIGHT on the D-pad. Press the LB button once then select beacon and set it from OFF to WING

To add the rats to your friends list double-tap the XBOX button, then press LEFT on the D-PAD. Now press A and search for the rat's name.

#Translations Facts can be translated into any language. Presently, the bot has translations of most commonly used facts in 10 different major languages.
