This pr adjusts some code in order for Angle to work properly inside here.

  • Makes some gl only work on regular OpenGL.
  • Changes the default glsl version to 300 es in order for the advanced blend modes to work properly.
  • Adjusts the ShaderMacro to properly work on glsl 300 es.
